Celebrating Canada's 150th!
One of the most
spectacular wine and food events in the city - an evening of incredible wine, inventive food pairings, and
unparalleled opportunities to enhance your wine cellar.
The Bacchanalia Gala kicks off with a sparkling wine
reception at 6 p.m., and features nine additional outstanding wines paired with
an exquisite five-course menu prepared by the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s
executive chef Cameron Ballendine. All of this is topped off with live
music and dancing. And if that’s not enough, live and silent auctions
throughout the evening feature extremely rare wines, epicurean getaways and
unique culinary experiences featuring chefs and sommeliers from the West
Coast’s top restaurants. A must for any serious wine collector!
Sponsorship opportunities are available, including a
Corporate Table rate, that include additional benefits at the Gala and at the
Wine Festival as a whole. We are also always looking for donations of
rare and collectible wines in exchange for a tax receipt. For more
information, please contact Kelly Snider, Gala Manager: email@example.com or 604-637-3098
All proceeds from the Bacchanalia Gala support Bard on the
Beach Shakespeare Festival.
