spectacular wine and food events in the city - an evening of incredible wine, inventive food pairings, and

The Bacchanalia Gala kicks off with a sparkling wine
reception at 6 p.m., and features nine additional outstanding wines paired with
an exquisite five-course menu prepared by the Fairmont Hotel Vancouverís
executive chef Cameron Ballendine. All of this is topped off with live
music and dancing. And if thatís not enough, live and silent auctions
throughout the evening feature extremely rare wines, epicurean getaways and
unique culinary experiences featuring chefs and sommeliers from the West
Coastís top restaurants. A must for any serious wine collector!
All proceeds from the Bacchanalia Gala support Bard on the
